Q: If I subscribe to 3dmotive, can I download the videos?

A: Your subscription allows you to stream the videos in HD, but not download. You'll be able to download the associated source files (3ds Max and Maya files, UDK packages, etc.) but not the videos. Alternatively, if a subscription is not for you, you're more than welcome to to browse our Download store. These videos can be purchased and are yours to keep, with no commitment!

Q: Will my account auto-renew?

A: Yes! Your subscription will automatically renew until you choose to cancel on your Account page.

Q: Can I upgrade or cancel at any time?

A: Yep! Just access your Account page and upgrade or cancel. If you cancel, your account will remain active for the duration of your currently paid period. Upgrades will be pro-rated.

Q: I'm a student / educator. Can I get a discount?
